Mission description

• Develop BOLLORE activities in his/her reporting area in order to achieve assigned budget objectives.
• His/her role consists in directing and coordinating the sales force
• Build and implement sales policy
• Manage, lead Suzhou and Wuxi branch.
• Organize relationship intra-inter areas with other functions of BOLLORE
- Sales Strategy
 Responsible for the development and implementation of routes sales strategy
 Develop and define Sales objectives and plans within the assigned sales territory
 Ensure that strategy and plans are aligned at all times with major trade partners

- Sales Management/Leadership
 Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
 Coach Sales Managers in their daily management and team leadership such as sales meetings, monthly objectives, etc.
 Work closely with HR department to define the recruitments needs, training needs and program for sales team

- New Business & Key Account Development
 Develop BOLLORE portfolio by winning new clients
 Evaluate the additional potential from our existing clients and key accounts
 Participate to new products' development and organize their launch
 Identify new Key accounts to be developed
 Take the lead in developing major business opportunities

- Others
 Anticipate future market trends and propose adapted solutions
 Assure successful account integration to Operations, Customer Service, etc
 Lead competitive markets and participate to define freight purchases specifications
 Assure compliance with the sales process

- Maintains ISO System daily operation, and ensure for ISO certification audit.



 Bachelor degree or above
 Minimum 10 year's relevant working experience, at least 5 years management experience
 Strong sales know-how
 Understanding of strategy and products
 Deep market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
 Functional know-how in air / sea / logistics
 Possess good communication skills and influence skill
 Flexible and pressure proof
