Mission description

Our team is looking for a Technical Key Account Manager to provide quotes to the customers and find out the customer's needs (price, SOP, service etc) and provide solution. The Technical Key Account Manager is also responsible for maintaining good relationship with existing clients and follow performance in line with contractual commitments and choose an action plan

- Assist to identify and formalize Global Customer's needs
- Assist Global Account Team's each task, Key Account CS / Tender / Sales Development.
- Assist to extract the necessary figures and information for preparation of the regular KPI reports.
- Coordinate to Global Customer's business retention and development as a logistics service provider and partner.
- Demonstrate speed and accuracy in reporting and communicating, displaying integrity, efficiency and organization, managing change and accept responsibility for added duties when necessary to meet a deadline.
- Providing support to Global account team in various functions such as customer service, quoting, reporting and filing, having an active communication with internal operators, global networks and global customers.



- Excellent of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills to overseas and customers

- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in freight forwarding
